All paid admission tickets (except specially ticketed experiences) for FAN EXPO Denver 2025 can be refunded up until June 19, 2025, at 10 AM MT.
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees and merchandise add-ons. Service charges are non-refundable. If refund requests are made after tickets have shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. The deadline to request a shipping refund is June 11, 2025, at 5 PM MT.
If you used a prepaid card on your order, hold onto that card just in case of any refunds. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
To process a refund, log in to your Leap account and click 'Refund Product' beside the ticket type you would like to refund.
For assistance or to refund your shipping, email refunds@fanexpohq.com including the following information:
- Transaction ID (this can be found on your purchase confirmation email)
- Name of the Show you purchased tickets for (FAN EXPO Denver)
- Email address used to purchase tickets
Refund requests made without this information cannot be processed.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
FAN EXPO Denver reserves the right to change and/or alter the refund terms and conditions at any time deemed necessary. Decisions related to refunds made by FAN EXPO Denver are final.
After the refund deadline, all sales are final.
