If your shipped admission does not arrive before you need to head FAN EXPO, have no fear! We'll be able to replace your shipped passes in person at the Customer Service desk, located in the Ticketing Area.
Please note, if the tracking shows the order was successfully delivered, a fee of $5 per badge will be charged to deactivate and replace the passes.
Shipping applies to admission only. Special experience tickets are not eligible for shipping.
Merchandise associated with any package must be picked up during FAN EXPO Denver 2025.
