In the event that a guest is no longer able to attend, any photo ops, autographs, or special experiences for that particular guest will be refunded directly by Epic Photo Ops. You can contact Epic directly for updates on cancelled guest refunds here: ask.epo.io.
If it is before the refund deadline, you are welcome to refund your admission, minus the non-refundable service fees. As per our ticketing policy, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for admission tickets once the refund deadline has passed. You can review our full refund policy here.
If you want to change the day of your admission, you can find instructions on how to do so here. If you are no longer planning to attend, you're welcome to transfer your admission to someone else. They will need the e-ticket QR code to pick up the admission onsite, or if your admission was shipped to you, you'll need to provide them with the physical badge.
